Request account deletion
Send an email to admin@jasply.com with the subject Hoodlo account deletion request. Where possible, send it from the email address linked to your Hoodlo account.
Tell us that you want to delete your account. We may need reasonable verification that the account belongs to you before carrying out the request. Do not send your password, verification codes, payment details or identity documents unless a necessary secure verification process has been explained.
Prepare deletion requestThis opens a draft in your email app. Review it and send it yourself. Clicking does not delete your account.
What happens to my information?
We review the request under Hoodlo’s published Privacy Policy. Some information may need to be retained for legal, safety, fraud-prevention or record-keeping purposes, as explained in the policy. We will explain any relevant limitation. This page does not promise that every public contribution or historical record is immediately erased.
