has local limits.
Available categories, provider feeds and facilities vary by location. Check each alert’s source, original report time and current status. A location pin alone does not mean a facility is open or an area is safe.
Missing or outdated information? Tell us the category, approximate area and what you expected to see. Please avoid sending someone else’s private details.

Include your app version, phone model, the button or screen involved and the approximate time it happened. A screenshot can help; cover any private information first.
I want to delete my account
Visit our account deletion page for the request process and information about retained records.
I represent a council, club or data provider
Email us with your organisation, your role, the region you cover and what you would like to discuss. For data feeds, a public documentation or licence link is useful. Do not send API keys or passwords.
I need urgent assistance
